目前,我国使用最广泛的起泡剂,主要是以松节油为原料制成的松醇油。它在有色金属矿物浮选中占起泡剂总用量的95%以上,但由于松节油用途较多,用来作起泡剂的原料经常供不应求。另外,有用矿物浮选的发展,要求有特性不同的新起泡剂,以满足浮选生产或提高选矿指标的需要。为了增加合成起泡剂新品种,以来源充足的丙烯为原料制取混合六碳醇具有现实意义。1979年初冶金部矿冶研究总院进行了以丙烯为原料制取六碳醇的调研工作,之后与大连化物所共同进行以丙烯为原料研制六碳醇作起泡剂的研究工作,大连化物所负责六碳醇的合成试验工作,冶金部矿冶研究总院负责为丙烯制取六碳醇作起泡剂提供依据,
At present, China is the most widely used foaming agent, mainly turpentine as a raw material made of pine spirit. It accounts for more than 95% of the total amount of foaming agent used in flotation of non-ferrous metals.
