为了运用断裂力学的观点和方法来分析接触疲劳破坏机理并予测接触疲劳寿命,本文介绍了通过试验所测定的两种不同Gcr15轴承钢的断裂韧性K_(IC)和裂纹扩展速率da/dN,从而确定了相应的Paris公式:同时,将所得到的结果与接触疲劳寿命试验结果进行了比较。
In order to analyze the mechanism of contact fatigue failure and estimate the contact fatigue life by using the viewpoints and methods of fracture mechanics, the fracture toughness K IC and crack growth rate da / dN of two different Gcr15 bearing steels measured by experiments are introduced. Thus, the corresponding Paris formula is determined: At the same time, the results obtained are compared with the contact fatigue life test results.
