目的:建立同时测定金鸡片中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)(30:70),流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为265 nm。结果:盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱峰均能良好分离,进样量的线性范围分别为3.28~32.75μg·ml~(-1)和3.10~30.98μg·ml~(-1),平均加样回收率分别为99.4%和99.4%,RSD分别为0.9%和0.6%(n=6)。结论:所用方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于金鸡片的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Jinji Tablets. METHODS: Agilent Zorbax SB-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid) 30:70). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results: The peak of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride were separated well with the linear range of 3.28 ~ 32.75μg · ml ~ (-1) and 3.10 ~ 30.98μg · ml ~ (-1), respectively. The mean The recoveries were 99.4% and 99.4%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.9% and 0.6%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the determination of golden chicken slices.
