针对我国北方既有采暖居住建筑节能改造项目的现状:改造后的建筑大多不配备计量监测系统,缺少运行参数、能源节约指标、环境效益指标、项目投资回报率等原始数据,分析既有采暖居住建筑节能改造的适宜性技术,提出构建既有采暖居住建筑节能改造能效监测系统,实现数据的采集、处理、存储、上传等功能并提出能效测评方法,从而得到原始数据、节能效益评估结果,推动既有采暖居住建筑节能改造的进展。
