基于弹性薄板弯曲理论、弹性地基理论和岩层控制的关键层理论,探讨了离层注浆减沉的力学机理,建立了采场覆岩力学模型和减沉效果的评价模型,构建了注浆前后关键层的挠曲方程,推导出关键层变形的计算公式。结合减沉系数的概念,推导出评价离层注浆减沉效果的计算公式。示例分析表明,理论计算结果与离层注浆的实际应用效果及数值模拟结果较为吻合。研究结果有助于进一步完善离层注浆减沉的理论体系。
Based on the theory of elastic sheet bending, the theory of elastic foundation and the key strata theory of strata control, the mechanical mechanism of detachment grouting and sinking is discussed, and the evaluation model of strata mechanical and settlement effect is established. The deflection equation of the key layer, and deduce the formula of the deformation of the key layer. Combined with the concept of reduction coefficient, the formula for evaluating the effect of subsidence grouting by sedimentation is deduced. The example analysis shows that the theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the practical application results and numerical simulation results of the grouting. The results of this study will be helpful to further improve the theoretical system of falling grouting.
