对江苏油田富97、曹42和徐18井的废弃水基(含混油)钻井液进行了化学脱稳和固液分离处理。不同的钻井液脱稳后,用离心分离法脱水率范围为25%~52%,其泥饼含水率为48%~33%;用压滤法分离脱水率范围为35%~60%,其泥饼含水率为59%~45%。钻井液离心脱水的处理费用仅为4~11.5元/m3。
The water-based (mixed oil) drilling fluids from Fu 97, Cao 42 and Xu 18 wells of Jiangsu Oilfield were subjected to chemical destabilization and solid-liquid separation. After the different drilling fluid destabilized, the dehydration rate ranged from 25% to 52% by centrifugation, and the water content of mud cake was 48% -33%. The separation rate of dehydration by pressure filtration ranged from 35% to 60% Mud cake moisture content of 59% to 45%. Centrifugal drilling fluid processing costs only 4 ~ 11.5 yuan / m3.
