鳗鲡迟缓爱德华氏菌偶联疫苗免疫效果评价

目的迟缓爱德华氏菌是目前水产养殖中主要的病原菌,其感染谱甚广,危害巨大。因此,研制能有效预防这种致病菌的疫苗,将会极大的促进水产养殖业的发展。方法用OMP-LPS偶联物、OMP、LPS、FKC(福尔马林灭活全菌)以及生理盐水对照组按相同程序分别免疫鳗鲡。通过溶菌酶活性检测、微量凝集反应试验,结果鳗鲡经OMP-LPS偶联物、OMP、LPS以及FKC疫苗免疫后,各免疫组间血清中溶菌酶活性没有显著差异(P>0.05),但均远高于生理盐水对照组(P<0.05);OMP-LPS偶联组抗迟缓爱德华氏菌(E.tarda)E29L株的抗体效价较单纯的LPS组、OMP组,FKC组抗体滴度高,且持续时间长;对迟缓爱德华氏菌(E.tarda)E29L株的攻击,OMP-LPS偶联组保护率为84%,高于单纯OMP组的80%,LPS组的44%和FKC组60%。结论 OMP-LPS偶联物、OMP、LPS、FKC添加佐剂ISA763,各组的溶菌酶活性均显著高于不添加佐剂各组(P<0.05),除了FKC+ISA763佐剂组外,其余各组均与不添加佐剂各组差异极显著(P<0.01),且添加佐剂各组保护率都明显高于不添加佐剂各组,说明添加ISA763佐剂能够更好的启动鱼类的特异性和非特异性免疫。 The purpose of retarding Edwardsiella is currently the major pathogen in aquaculture, its spectrum of infection is very wide, a great harm. For E. tarda strain E29L, the protection rate of OMP-LPS conjugate group was 84%, higher than 80% of OMP group, 44% of LPS group and FKC group 60%. Conclusion The addition of adjuvant ISA763 to OMP-LPS conjugate, OMP, LPS and FKC significantly increased the lysozyme activity of all groups (P <0.05).
