目的研究鹿根(Rhaponticum carthamoides(Willd.)Iljin.)中化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法、ODS柱色谱法和反复重结晶等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果从鹿根体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液提取物中分离得到9个化合物,并鉴定其结构为:肉桂酸(cinnamic acid,1)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoic acid,2)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,3)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(3-hydroxy-4-methoxylbenzoic acid,4)、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸(2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,5)、苯甲醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)、丁香苷(syringin,7)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,8)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,9)。结论化合物1、4、5、6均为首次从漏芦属植物中分离得到,化合物7为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Rhaponticum carthamoides (Willd.) Iljin. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and repeated recrystallization. Their chemical structures were determined by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the extract of ethanol solution with a volume fraction of 70% of deer root, and their structures were identified as: cinnamic acid (1), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 3 ,4-Dihydroxybenzoic acid (3), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxylbenzoic acid (4), 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 5), benzyl alcohol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), syringin (7), β-sitosterol (β-sitosterol, 8), daucosterol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1, 4, 5, and 6 were isolated from the genus Lepidium for the first time. Compound 7 was isolated from the plant for the first time.
