用集总热容法计算瞬态导热时,要求毕渥数(Bi)小于0.1。本文利用集总热容法理论推导大型柱体钢锭在非稳态导热条件下的解析解,将解析解的计算数据与实验数据进行对比,两者吻合很好。本文的方法拓展了集总热容法用于毕渥数远大于1的物体热传导计算。
When calculating the transient thermal conductivity by the lumped heat capacity method, the Biot number (Bi) is required to be less than 0.1. In this paper, the analytical solution of large cylinder steel ingot under unsteady heat conduction conditions is deduced by using the theory of lumped heat capacity, and the calculated data of the analytical solution are compared with the experimental data. The method in this paper expands the lumped heat capacity method for heat conduction calculations for objects with a Biot number much greater than one.
