将制备好的磺酸基遥爪液晶离聚物(LCI)作为增容剂应用于PA6/PP共混体系,改变其在共混体系中的质量分数,对共混合金进行热失重、拉伸性能、吸水率、扫描电镜、转矩实验等测试。研究表明,适量液晶离聚物的加入,共混合金热稳定性提高,拉伸强度提高,吸水率降低。在电镜下观察,共混合金两相界面变得模糊。在液晶离聚物加入量为共混体系质量的0.8%~1.0%时,共混体系的综合性能可达到最佳值。
