自“721”暴雨发生后,于2012年开始至今,以北京城市排水集团有限责任公司为建设主体,对北京市中心城的90余座立交桥及积水点开展了解决桥区和积水点积水的排涝措施升级改造工程。此工程中的具体排涝措施主要包括:泵站的新建或改建,调蓄水池的建设,雨水管道的新建或改建、雨水拦截措施的建设等。由于桥区周边现状情况复杂等多种因素的影响,只实施了部分的排涝措施,尚未完成系统性的改造。
Since the onset of the “721” heavy rain, since 2012, Beijing Urban Drainage Group Co., Ltd. has taken the construction as the main body to carry out the overhaul of over 90 bridges and water points in Beijing’s downtown area, Point of water drainage measures upgrading project. The specific drainage measures in this project include: new construction or reconstruction of pumping station, construction of reservoir for regulation and storage, construction or reconstruction of rainwater pipelines and construction of rainwater interception measures. Due to the complicated situation around the bridge area and other factors, only part of the drainage measures have been implemented and the system has not yet been completed.
