为探讨煅狗骨对骨折愈合的作用,本文采用家兔20只,双桡骨中、下1/3人工标准骨折模型,分用药组与对照组。用药组每天喂服煅狗骨粉4g/kg(药粉调在20ml 生理盐水中),对照组以同法喂服等量生理盐水。骨折后定期取材,作组织学和 PAS 胶原纤维等组织化学染色,以检测骨折愈合过程中细胞活动、蛋白多糖及胶原纤维形成情况。结果显示用药组在血肿吸收机化、碎骨片吸收、新骨及基质形成、软骨组织的改造等方面都较对照组早而且彻底,从而证明煅狗骨能明显促进骨折愈合。本文还进一步讨论了煅狗骨促进骨折愈合的作用机制。
In order to investigate the effect of calcined dog bone on fracture healing, 20 rabbits were used in this study. The artificial bone fracture was divided into two groups: the drug group and the control group. The medication group was fed 4g/kg of calcined dog bone powder daily (the powder was adjusted in 20ml of normal saline), and the control group was fed the same amount of normal saline by the same method. After fractures were taken periodically, histology and PAS collagen fibers were used for histochemical staining to detect cell activity, proteoglycan and collagen fiber formation during fracture healing. The results showed that the medication group was earlier and more thorough than the control group in terms of hematoma absorption mechanism, bone fragment absorption, new bone and matrix formation, cartilage tissue transformation, etc., which proved that calcined dog bone can significantly promote fracture healing. This article also discussed the mechanism of calcined dog bone to promote fracture healing.
