混凝土架构理论认为,混凝土是由粗集料、砂浆和二者之间的过渡层组成。在阐述混凝土架构理论的基础上,提出标准混凝土概念,并据此测试其不同龄期的抗压强度,得到标准混凝土与水泥胶砂强度换算公式。从砂浆比偏离的角度上去研究粗集料的架构作用,在分析前人试验数据的基础上,建立混凝土架构作用的数学模型,分析不同集料对混凝土强度和工作性的影响。通过再生混凝土、轻集料混凝土和粉煤灰混凝土对建立的数学模型进行进一步的验证。结果表明:混凝土的强度与砂浆比偏离二者有很好的相关性,砂浆比偏离是研究混凝土架构理论的重要参数。
According to the theory of concrete structure, concrete is composed of coarse aggregate, mortar and transition layer between the two. On the basis of expatiating on the theory of concrete structure, the concept of standard concrete is put forward and the compressive strength at different ages is tested accordingly. The formulas for calculating the strength of standard concrete and cement mortar are obtained. From the point of view of deviation of mortar ratio, the structure of coarse aggregate is studied. Based on the analysis of previous experimental data, a mathematical model of the effect of concrete structure is established, and the influence of different aggregates on the strength and workability of concrete is analyzed. The established mathematical model is further verified by recycled concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and fly ash concrete. The results show that there is a good correlation between the strength of concrete and the deviation of mortar ratio, and the mortar ratio deviation is an important parameter for studying the theory of concrete structure.
