对高密度温室养鳖池、室外发病和健康鳖池的理化指标、细菌数量、细菌种类、种群组成及溶血菌比例进行了研究 结果表明 ,溶氧量、氨氮值、COD值等指标 ,室外养鳖池优于高密度温室养鳖池 高密度温室养鳖池中共分离出 8个属的异养细菌 ,优势菌为气单胞菌属 ,在一个换水周期 (8d)中异养细菌数量由 2 5× 10 3个 /mL上升至 1 3× 10 5 个 /mL ,菌群逐渐单一化 ;室外发病鳖池共分离出 7个属的异养细菌 ,优势菌为气单胞菌属 ,异养细菌数量为 7 3× 10 3个 /mL ,而室外健康鳖池共分离出 8个属的异养细菌 ,优势菌为假单胞菌属 ,异养细菌数量为 8 3× 10 2 个 /mL
