国家卫生计生委在2016年5月13日由国家卫生计生委疾控局发布的《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》,其中有专门针对老年人的膳食指南这一章节。关于人口老龄化的增长快、高龄化、空巢化这几个特点,做出几点老年人的膳食指导原则的解读。营养多少有标准,不应一刀切在老龄时期,身体不可避免发生一些生理上的变化,第一方面就是消化系统,首先牙齿脱落,唾液分泌量减少,消化能力弱化,还有胃排空和肠蠕动的能力减弱等一些列变化导致容易发生便秘。还有循环系统、内分泌系统、神经系统、运动系统、泌尿系统都会发生变化,引起肌能减
