本文通过还原《沟通与交流》课程中真实的教学情境,充分展现教学现场中那些隐含深意的教学细节以及师生对话的过程。以心理学理论、沟通理论为支撑,通过创造交流情境,设计训练项目,引导学生从自我沟通入手,学习人际沟通的技巧,帮助同学跨越沟通障碍,掌握沟通的默会知识,最终实现个体的精神成长。
Through the reduction of the real teaching situations in the course of “Communication and Communication”, this article fully reveals the implicit teaching details and the dialogue between teachers and students in the teaching field. With psychology theory and communication theory as the support, by creating communication situations, designing training programs, guiding students to start their own communication, learning interpersonal communication skills, helping students to overcome communication barriers, acquiring tacit knowledge of communication, and finally realizing the spirit of individualism growing up.
