本文针对在目前交通建设工程中实施项目管理的特点及必要性,进行了探讨,并提出了有效实施项目管理的建议。
In this paper, the characteristics and necessity of implementing project management in the current traffic engineering construction are discussed, and the suggestions of implementing project management are put forward.
