目的通过对高血压患者脑动脉常规经颅多普勒检测的结果分析,评价经颅多普勒的诊断价值。方法利用经颅多普勒(TCD)技术检测了500例高血压患者的脑动脉血流,分析其脑动脉血流各项指标变化。结果一支或者多支血管异常占总数94.6%,脑血管痉挛占总数39.6%,脑供血不足占总数40.6%,脑血管狭窄占总数9.6%,脑动脉硬化占总数71.6%。结论经颅多普勒技术用于高血压脑动脉血流动力学变化观察有临床价值,并且有助于分类和治疗。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transcranial Doppler by analyzing the results of conventional transcranial Doppler in cerebral arteries of hypertensive patients. Methods Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to detect cerebral arterial blood flow in 500 hypertensive patients, and the changes of cerebral arterial blood flow indexes were analyzed. Results One or more vessels accounted for 94.6% of the total number of vascular abnormalities, cerebral vasospasm accounted for 39.6% of the total, cerebral insufficiency accounted for 40.6% of the total, cerebral vascular stenosis accounted for 9.6% of the total, cerebral arteriosclerosis accounted for 71.6% of the total. Conclusion Transcranial Doppler technique is of clinical value in the observation of changes of hemodynamics in hypertensive cerebral arteries, and is helpful for classification and treatment.
