目的:探究广东铁路警察人格特质与情绪劳动的关系。方法:使用EPQ人格测试问卷及情绪劳动量表,在广东省共计284位铁路警察中开展调查。结果:(1)广东铁路警察情绪劳动的表层扮演在所在警种分组上存在显著差异(F=2.027,P<0.05);情绪劳动的深层扮演在职称分组上存在显著差异(F=3.375,P<0.05),在警种分组上也存在显著差异(F=2.055,P<0.05);(2)在广东铁路警察群体中,神经质和外向性的T分处于中等水平。精神质的T分偏高,超出正常水平;(3)广东铁路警察人格特质与表层行为呈显著正相关;神经质、精神质分别跟深层行为存在显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:广东铁警的情绪劳动与其人格特质存在相关,人格特质对情绪劳动有预测功能。
Objective: To explore the relationship between personality traits and emotional labor in Guangdong railway police. Methods: Using EPQ personality test questionnaire and emotional labor scale, a total of 284 railway police in Guangdong Province were investigated. Results: (1) There was a significant difference (P = 0.052) in the subgroups of emotional work in Guangdong railway police. There was a significant difference in the depth of emotional labor between the subgroups (F = 3.375, P <0.05). There was also a significant difference in the police grouping (F = 2.055, P <0.05). (2) In the Guangdong railway police group, neuroticism and extroversion were at moderate levels. (3) There was a significant positive correlation between personality traits and surface behavior of Guangdong Railway Police; there was a significant negative correlation between neuroticism and psychoticism and deep behavior (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a correlation between emotional labor and personality traits of Guangdong police. Personality traits have the function of predicting emotional labor.
