Wangfujing Commercial Street is located in the center of the city, with the Qianmen and Xidan as the city’s three major commercial centers. Not only is it a major shopping destination for residents of the city, but it also attracts thousands of foreign tourists and shoppers every day thanks to its popularity throughout the country. According to preliminary estimates, there are hundreds of thousands of passengers per day at Wangfujing Street, reaching more than 600,000 at the peak. Wangfujing Street runs from north to south, from Nankou to more than 1,700 meters of art museums. The total length of the storefront covers 2,834 meters (including the east and west sides) and the total length is 83%. There are 193 stores of various types. The most prosperous area in the south of the octahedron is only 800 meters.
