采用MM-200型磨损试验机对火焰喷焊质量分数为35%的WC自熔合金喷焊层和由Fe2B所组成的硼化物层在油润滑和干摩擦条件下的磨粒磨损、粘着磨损特性进行了对比试验研究.结果表明,镍基WC合金喷焊层具有硬质弥散相可均匀分布于高强韧性镍基固溶体的组织结构中,因而比硼化物层有较高的抗磨粒磨损和抗粘着磨损性能.
Adopting MM-200 abrasion testing machine, the wear resistance and abrasive wear characteristics of WC self-fluxing alloy sprayed layer and boride layer composed of Fe2B in oil-lubricated and dry-friction condition with flame sprayed mass fraction of 35% A comparative experimental study was carried out. The results show that the Ni-based WC alloy spray-welded layer has a hard and disperse phase uniformly distributed in the structure of the high-strength and toughness Ni-based solid solution, and therefore has higher wear resistance and adhesion and wear resistance than the boride layer.
