针对疏水性煤尘难湿润和难捕获的问题,提出高压喷雾降尘技术与化学降尘技术相结合的防尘策略。对高压化学喷雾降尘的影响因素进行了系统分析,重点研究了喷雾距离、喷雾流量、喷雾水量分布、喷雾雾粒以及湿润剂类别对降尘效果的影响。将高压化学喷雾降尘技术应用于阳泉新景矿,并根据该矿的特点,从高压喷嘴的研制、润湿剂的配制、最优润湿剂浓度的确定,以及最佳喷雾流量确定的4个方面进行了应用优化研究。结果表明:采煤机司机处降尘效率最高达92.8%,有效改善了煤矿井下工作面的作业环境。
In order to solve the problem that hydrophobic coal dust is difficult to be wetted and difficult to catch, the paper proposes a dust-proofing strategy combining high-pressure spray dusting technology and chemical dusting technology. Influencing factors of high pressure chemical spray dust reduction were systematically analyzed. The effects of spray distance, spray flow rate, water spray volume distribution, mist spray and humectant on dust reduction were studied. According to the characteristics of this mine, the high-pressure chemical spray dust suppression technology was applied to Yangjing Xinjing Mine.
