目的通过对重度磨损的患者行咬合重建的固定修复探讨重建的有关问题。方法采用钴铬金烤瓷冠对28例上下牙列重度磨损、正常咬合关系丧失的患者进行咬合重建修复,分别于修复前、修复后6个月、12个月观察修复治疗效果。结果 28例患者重建后牙列形态、咬合面及面下1/3高度获得适当恢复,美观改善,咀嚼功能良好。结论对牙列缺损并重度磨耗的病例,固定义齿是重建修复治疗的有效方法 。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the reconstruction of reconstruction by fixed repair of occlusal reconstruction in patients with severe wear. Methods Cobalt-chromium porcelain crowns were used to repair and repair 28 patients with severe wear on the upper and lower dentition and the loss of normal occlusion. The repair effect was observed 6 months and 12 months after the repair, respectively. Results In 28 cases, the shape of dentition, the occlusal surface and the height of 1/3 lower face were properly restored, the appearance improved and the chewing function was good. Conclusion For patients with dentition defect and severe abrasion, fixed denture is an effective method for reconstructing and repairing.
