介绍了管状多孔炭膜的制备方法及应用。探讨了不同膜材料制备支撑体炭膜和炭 -炭复合膜的效果及影响炭膜孔结构性能的主要因素。研究表明 ,煤和酚醛树脂均是良好的制膜材料 ,制得的支撑体炭膜不仅具有较高的孔隙率和气体通量 ,而且孔隙结构均一 ,机械强度高。膜材料的种类 ,粒度及炭化工艺条件等因素对炭膜的孔结构性能影响较显著。以酚醛树脂等高分子聚合物及煤热解产物为涂膜液制得的炭 -炭复合膜其孔径明显的变小 ,孔径分布变窄。炭膜用于啤酒的无菌过滤及废水处理表出良好的分离效果。
The preparation method and application of tubular porous carbon membrane are introduced. The effects of different membrane materials on the preparation of support carbon film and carbon-carbon composite film and the main factors affecting the pore structure of carbon film were discussed. The research shows that both coal and phenolic resin are good film-forming materials. The prepared carbon film of the support has not only high porosity and gas flux, but also uniform pore structure and high mechanical strength. The types and particle sizes of membrane materials, carbonization process conditions and other factors have a significant impact on the pore structure and properties of carbon membranes. Carbon-carbon composite membranes made of phenolic resin and other polymers and pyrolysis products of coal are obviously smaller in pore diameter and narrower in pore size distribution. Carbon membrane for the sterile beer filtration and wastewater treatment showed a good separation effect.
