目的:探讨补康灵对Lewis肺癌小鼠化疗疗效及血清CD4+/CD8+和IL-2水平的影响。方法:测定各组Lewis肺癌小鼠的肿瘤、胸腺和脾质量,计算抑瘤率、胸腺系数和脾指数;用ELISA检测小鼠外周血IL-2的水平;用流式细胞仪测定血清CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞含量,计算CD4+/CD8+值。结果:补康灵联合化疗各组Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤质量均明显少于模型对照组(P<0.05),联合化疗组脾系数和胸腺系数均明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05),联合化疗组均明显提高Lewis肺癌小鼠血清IL-2水平和T淋巴细胞CD4+/CD8+比值(P<0.05),其中以高浓度补康灵联合组最为显著。结论:补康灵可能通过提高Lewis肺癌小鼠免疫功能而发挥化疗增效的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Bukangling on the chemotherapeutic effect and serum levels of CD4 + / CD8 + and IL-2 in Lewis lung cancer mice. Methods: The tumor, thymus and spleen mass of Lewis lung cancer mice in each group were determined. The tumor inhibition rate, thymus coefficient and spleen index were calculated. The level of IL-2 in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA. CD8 + T lymphocyte content, calculate the CD4 + / CD8 + value. Results: The tumor mass of mice in Lewis lung cancer treated with Bukangling combined with chemotherapy were significantly less than those in model control group (P <0.05). The spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient in combination chemotherapy group were significantly higher than those in model control group (P <0.05) The level of IL-2 in serum and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + of T lymphocytes in Lewis lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in chemotherapy group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Bukangling may play a role of chemotherapeutic effect by increasing the immune function of mice with Lewis lung cancer.
