甘肃省卫生学校始建于1956年,是我省首批国家级重点中等卫生学校,是首批国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校,是甘肃省卫生职业教育集团牵头单位。2012年1月被甘肃省教育厅批准筹建甘肃卫生职业学院,于2013年5月获甘肃省人民政府批准设置甘肃卫生职业学院。学校现占地面积155亩,总建筑面积8.8万平方米。有先进的教学设备、远程教学系统和多媒体系统,有52个各类专科实验实训室,教学设备总值3500余万元,图书馆藏书20余万册。
Founded in 1956, Gansu Provincial Health School is one of the first state-level key secondary health schools in our province and one of the first batch of national secondary vocational education reform and development model schools. It is the leading unit of Gansu Provincial Health Vocational Education Group. In January 2012, it was approved by Gansu Provincial Department of Education to establish Gansu Health Vocational College. In May 2013, Gansu Health Vocational College was approved by Gansu Provincial People’s Government. The school now covers an area of 155 mu, with a total construction area of 88,000 square meters. There are advanced teaching equipment, distance learning systems and multimedia systems, there are 52 types of specialist laboratory training room, teaching equipment worth 3,500 yuan, the library collection of more than 20 million copies.
