目的:比较羚羊角商品药材及各部位中胆固醇的含量,为该药材的质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为208nm,柱温为室温。结果:不同归规格、不同部位羚羊角中胆固醇的含量表明,全角明显高于骨塞,全角中角尖高于角基;全角样品含量较稳定,角丝与角粉含量差异较大。结论:测定羚羊角商品药材各部位中胆固醇的含量,可为该药材质量评价提供依据;市售羚羊角丝、角粉质量差别较大,值得注意。
Objective: To compare the content of cholesterol in various medicinal materials and various parts of Antelope horn, and to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of this medicinal material. Methods: The column was Agilent C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with a mobile phase of methanol at a flow rate of 1.0mL / min and a detection wavelength of 208nm using RP-HPLC. The column temperature was room temperature. Results: The contents of cholesterol in the antelopes of different parts of the antelopes showed that the whole angle was significantly higher than that of the bones. The angle of the full angle was higher than that of the angle base. Conclusion: It is worth noting that the determination of the content of cholesterol in various parts of the medicinal herb of Antelope horn can provide a basis for the quality evaluation of the herb.
