阀芯液动力补偿是高速开关阀设计中的一个关键环节。在分析阀口液动力补偿策略的基础上,提出了缝隙滑阀结构,这种结构能有效减小阀芯的稳态液动力。通过试验,测试了缝隙滑阀基本参数——阀口压差、阀口开度和缝隙宽度分别与稳态液动力和阀口流量系数的关系。结果表明,采用缝隙滑阀结构能有效地减小阀芯的稳态液动力,为高速开关阀优化设计提供了试验依据。
Valve core hydraulic compensation is a key link in the design of high-speed switch valve. Based on the analysis of the valve motive force compensation strategy, the slit slide valve structure is proposed, which can effectively reduce the steady state hydraulic power of the valve spool. Through the test, the basic parameters of the slit slide valve were tested - the relationship between the valve port pressure difference, the valve opening degree and the slit width, and the steady state hydraulic power and the valve port flow coefficient. The results show that the use of slit slide valve structure can effectively reduce the steady-state hydraulic power spool valve for high-speed switching valve to provide the experimental basis for the optimal design.
