本文从企业竞争战略角度来观察世界零售行业巨头沃尔玛和家乐福在中国市场采取的不同企业战略,对两者实际的实施结果和目前经营状况进行比较,并加以客观分析及预测。
This article observes the different strategies of retailers Wal-Mart and Carrefour adopted by the world retail industry in the Chinese market from the point of view of the competitive strategy of the enterprise. The actual implementation results of the two are compared with the current operating conditions and objectively analyzed and predicted.
