栎掌舟蛾Phalera assimilis是栎属植物的主要食叶害虫之一。明确栎掌舟蛾成虫内生殖系统的组成结构对丰富其形态学分类特征及生殖生理和防控策略研究均具有重要意义。解剖观察栎掌舟蛾成虫的内生殖系统组成结构如下:雄性内生殖系统包括1对精巢(睾丸),2个贮精囊,2根输精管,2根复射精管,1对附腺和单射精管;雌性内生殖系统由1对卵巢、2根侧输卵管、中输卵管、受精囊、附腺、外生殖腔及产卵孔组成,每个卵巢具4个卵巢管,内含可辨卵粒120~360粒。另观察到羽化第1天的雌成虫卵巢管内充满发育成熟的卵粒,雄成虫精巢、储精囊和复射精管膨胀充满白色内容物,使成虫羽化后可迅速交尾和产卵,并且雌成虫的产卵量高,这也是栎掌舟蛾易暴发危害的直接因素之一。
