目的对比两种航天服手套指尖力的测试方法,对两种测试方法的基本特征和测量结果进行分析。方法研究中使用了外置式与内置式两种方法,外置式测试为无人测试,使用外骨骼装置对航天服手套指尖力进行测量;内置式测量由受试者粘贴压力传感器、佩戴舒适手套后进行手套指尖力测试。结果通过两种方法,分别得到手套在工作压力下指尖力与手指弯曲角度的关系,所得曲线均具有迟滞特性和相似的变化趋势,但指尖力的数值上有明显差异。结论本文使用的两种方法均能在一定程度上反映手套手指关节的活动性能,它们有各自的优势和特殊的应用。
Objective To compare the testing methods of the finger tip force of two spacesuit gloves, and to analyze the basic characteristics and measurement results of the two methods. Results The relationship between fingertip force and bending angle of the finger under working pressure was obtained by two methods respectively. The curves obtained had hysteresis characteristics and similar changing trend, but the fingertip force had significant differences. Conclusion Both methods used in this paper can reflect the activity of glove finger joints to a certain extent. They have their own advantages and special applications.
