目的了解青少年结膜囊细菌状况。方法河南省眼科研究所视光学中心就诊的患者,由实验室专业人员用无菌棉签在所有患者下睑结膜囊从内眦到外眦涂抹,葡萄糖肉汤增菌培养18~24h后转血平皿,24h后进行细菌分离鉴定。结果共有215位屈光不正患者参与此次调查,结膜囊细菌培养阳性者166人(77.2%),阴性49人(22.8%)。在166例阳性者中,分离表皮葡萄球菌最多,121株,72.9%。结论正常情况下,多数屈光不正结膜囊带菌,表皮葡萄球菌是其结膜囊的优势菌种。
Objective To understand the bacterial status of adolescent conjunctival sac. Methods Patients in the Optometry Center of Henan Provincial Eye Institute were treated with sterile cotton swab by laboratory professionals in all patients under the conjunctiva from the infighting to the nevus smear, dextrose broth enrichment 18 ~ 24h after the transfer plate After 24h bacterial separation and identification. Results A total of 215 patients with ametropia were enrolled in this study. 166 (77.2%) were positive for conjunctival bacterial culture and 49 (22.8%) were negative. Among 166 positive cases, Staphylococcus epidermidis was the most isolated, 121, 72.9%. Conclusion Under normal circumstances, the majority of conjunctival sac infection, Staphylococcus epidermidis is the dominant species of conjunctival sac.
