内蒙古自治区是我国第二大产煤省区,全区煤矿点多、面广,而且有相当一批煤矿是不具备安全生产条件的地方小煤矿,矿难事故时有发生。从2005年3月起,内蒙古自治区就对全区煤矿进行了整顿。《国务院关于预防煤矿生产安全事故的特别规定》
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the second largest coal producing province in our country. There are many coal mines in the region, with a wide range of areas.
