为合理设计筒装料管道水力输送技术,本文根据筒装料管道水力输送的水力特性,建立了筒装料管道水力输送数学模型,并采用FLOW-3D软件对该数学模型进行了数值求解,同时与试验结果进行了比较,发现筒装料管道水力输送的压力场和流速场的实测值与模型计算值吻合较好,说明所建数学模型是正确的,采用该软件求解是可行的,可为该技术的工程应用提供理论依据.
In order to reasonably design the hydraulic conveying technology of tube charging pipe, a mathematical model of hydraulic conveying of tube charging pipe is established according to the hydraulic characteristics of hydraulic conveying of tube charging pipe. The mathematical model is numerically solved by FLOW-3D software, meanwhile, Compared with the experimental results, it is found that the measured values of the pressure field and the flow field in the hydraulic conveying of tube charge pipe are in good agreement with the calculated values of the model, indicating that the mathematical model built is correct.
