介绍了一种轿车保险杠安装支架级进钢板模具的应用。通过对保险杠安装支架冲压工艺及模具结构的分析,设计了一套级进模的冲压生产工艺及模具来完成生产,由卷料自动进给,经多个工位的逐步连续冲压实现零件的自动化生产,通过多个定位装置对进入模具内的板料进行精准定位,提高了生产效率,且降低了模具工装的冲次费用及人工费用。通过实物在线生产验证,本保险杠安装支架的冲压工艺及级进模具满足了产品的精度要求及品质要求,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本。
