科研计划(或规划)是为未来科研行动准备一整套决定的过程,其目的在于通过最好的办法来实现科研的目标。我校是一所综合性医科大学,拥有基础医学、临床医学、药学和海军医学等多种学科,担负着教学、医疗和科研三项基本任务。因此,根据本校实际情况,现有的人力、物力和技术水平制订出一个既先进又可行的科研计划,以提高学术水平,促进教学医疗的发展,这就是科研管理的重要任务之一。
Scientific research plan (or planning) is the process of preparing a complete set of decisions for future scientific research, the purpose of which is to achieve the goal of scientific research through the best way. My school is a comprehensive medical university, with basic medicine, clinical medicine, pharmacy and naval medicine and other disciplines, responsible for teaching, medical and scientific research of the three basic tasks. Therefore, according to the actual situation of our university, the existing manpower, material resources and technical level have formulated an advanced and feasible scientific research plan to improve academic standards and promote the development of teaching and medical services. This is one of the important tasks of scientific research management.
