国际化城市起源于城市经济活动的世界性扩张,是城市经济突破地域限制扩张至世界从而走向全球化与一体化的结果。中国城市建设国际化城市存在着自发性与盲目性的突出问题,普遍面临着城市人文精神缺失、经济基础薄弱、产业发展层次低、城市建设与管理水平不高、自然环境恶化等现实阻碍因素。中国建设国际化城市应基于综合国力的提升,根据城市发展的梯级格局推动形成“一超多强多专”的国际化城市建设格局,充分挖掘城市文化内涵,形成自己的国际化城市名片;全面提升城市治理能力和治理体系的现代化,营造国际化城市的发展环境。 Internationalized cities originate from the worldwide expansion of urban economic activities and are the result of urban economic breakthroughs in geographical restrictions that have expanded to the rest of the world and thus toward globalization and integration.
