法律意识的作用不同于法律意识的功能,法律意识功能主要是指法律意识基于其结构而对社会法制系统和社会整体文化体系所具有的可能性。法律意识的功能包括直接功能和间接功能两个方面。法律意识的直接功能包括认识与评价功能、预测与指引功能、法制运行功能以及法律文化功能等方面。
