目的建立复方南板蓝根提取物中秦皮乙素的含量测定方法,以有效控制复方南板蓝根提取物的质量。方法色谱柱:Phenomex Luna5u C_(18)250 m×4.6 mm;流动相:甲醇-0.015%磷酸水(20∶80),流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长为353 nm;柱温35℃。结果秦皮乙素含量在16.18~258.88μg/m L浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,阴性无干扰,精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,平均回收率102.6%。结论建立的HPLC方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于控制复方南板蓝根提取物的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of aesculin in Compound Nanshan Root Extract to effectively control the quality of Compound Nanshan Root Extract. Methods The mobile phase was methanol-0.015% phosphoric acid (20:80), the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min. The detection wavelength was 353 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The content of aesculetin showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 16.18-258.88μg / ml, with no interference in negative, precision, stability and reproducibility. The average recovery was 102.6%. Conclusion The established HPLC method is accurate, simple and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of the extract of Radix Nandan.
