采用Taylor 模型和 Van Houtte 算法模拟了 FCC 金属冷轧织构。模拟中以{111}<110>滑移为微观形变机制,并采用等面积分割形式表示理想无规初始条件。模拟结果与铜和铝的实测冷轧织构符合良好。
The Taylor model and Van Houtte algorithm were used to simulate the FCC metal cold-rolled texture. In the simulation, the {111} <110> slip is taken as the micro-deformation mechanism, and the ideal random initial condition is represented by the equal area partition. The simulation results agree well with the measured cold-rolled textures of copper and aluminum.
