目的观察三氯苯达唑杀灭斯氏狸殖吸虫童虫及成虫的疗效。方法 20只SD大鼠随机分成实验A与B组,对照A与B组。经腹腔注射斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴感染大鼠。实验组分别于感染后第30天和第60天给药,用药3 d后剖杀大鼠,计数检获虫体数,计算检虫率与减虫率,并与对照组比较。结果实验A组童虫检虫率为(20.00±4.72)%,与对照A组(40.00±6.67)%比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);实验B组成虫检虫率为(2.69±5.95)%,与对照B组(53.33±9.43)%比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);实验A组与B组减虫率分别为50.00%和87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论三氯苯达唑对斯氏狸殖吸虫童虫和成虫均有杀灭作用,其中杀灭成虫效果优于童虫。
Objective To observe the curative effect of triclabendazole against Schistosoma penguinis and adult worms. Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into experimental groups A and B and control groups A and B. The rats were inoculated intraperitoneally with Schistosoma pachyrhizi infected with metacercariae. The experimental group were administered on the 30th day and the 60th day after infection, respectively. The rats were sacrificed 3 days after the infection. The numbers of parasites were counted and the rate of pests and worm reduction were calculated, and compared with the control group. Results The pest insects rate in experimental group A was (20.00 ± 4.72)%, which was significantly different from that in control group A (40.00 ± 6.67)% (P = 0.008) ± 5.95)%, which was significantly different from that in control group B (53.33 ± 9.43)% (P = 0.000). The worm reduction rates in group A and group B were 50.00% and 87.50%, respectively, with significant differences (P = 0.001). Conclusion Trichlorobenzeazole had a killing effect on the parasites and adults of S. procambarus, and the killing effect on adult worms was superior to that of schistosomula.
