目的了解北京市区和郊区医务人员健康素养水平现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用分层多阶段PPS抽样方法,确定3 405名、18~59岁的医疗卫生机构工作人员为调查对象。采用面对面调查,使用《2013年北京市医务人员健康素养监测调查问卷》,由调查对象自填或采用询问方式调查完成,单因素分析使用χ~2检验,多因素采用logistic回归分析。结果 2013年北京市区和郊区医务人员健康素养水平合格率为61.4%,多因素分析结果显示,市/郊区(OR=1.287,P<0.05)、性别(OR=1.556,P<0.05)、文化程度(OR=1.271,P<0.05)、家庭年收入(OR=1.159,P<0.05)是北京市和郊区医务人员健康素养水平的影响因素。结论 2013年北京市和郊区医务人员健康素养水平高于2012年的全国医务人员健康素养水平,但仍有一定的提升空间,建议针对性地定期开展健康教育工作,强化健康素养技能培训,提高医务人员健康素养水平。 Objective To understand the status quo of health literacy of medical staff in urban and suburban areas in Beijing and explore the influencing factors. Methods A stratified and multistage PPS sampling method was used to identify 3 405 staff members from 18 to 59 years old in the medical and health institutions. A face-to-face survey was conducted using the “2013 Beijing Municipality Health Literacy Surveillance Questionnaire”. The survey was completed by self-filling or using interrogation methods. The univariate analysis was performed using the Chi-square test and the multiple factors were analyzed by logistic regression. Results The passing rate of health literacy of urban and suburban medical staff in Beijing in 2013 was 61.4%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the level of health literacy among urban and suburban urban residents in Beijing (OR = 1.287, P <0.05), gender (OR = 1.556, (OR = 1.271, P <0.05). The family annual income (OR = 1.159, P <0.05) was the influencing factor of health literacy of medical staff in Beijing and suburban areas. Conclusions The level of health literacy of medical workers in Beijing and suburbs in 2013 is higher than that of national health literacy in 2012, but there is still room for improvement. It is suggested that health education should be regularly targeted, health literacy skills training should be strengthened, and medical care should be improved Staff health literacy level.
