患者,男,35岁,维吾尔族,新疆塔城地区额敏县人。于就诊前10 d无明显诱因突感双下肢持续性疼痛(类坐骨神经痛),走路或就坐时疼痛明显,伴走路困难和小便失禁,会阴部麻木并感觉异常,既往无特殊病史,患者以马尾神经压迫综合症为主要临床表现,于2009年8月21日入住新疆医科大学第一附属医院脊柱外科。查体:腰骶部压痛不明显,扣击痛阳性,腰骶部皮肤颜色正常,皮下未触及软组织肿块,局部皮肤温度未见增高,未见静脉怒张,S2～S3神经支配区疼痛,神经反射正常,患者一般情况良好。实验室检查:棘球蚴病
