为了研究我国青岛海产品加工企业进口海鱼原料中鱼肉内异尖线虫的感染情况,试验在青岛3个海产品加工企业中随机抽取8个鱼种共365份海鱼鱼片,使用胃蛋白酶对其进行完全消化,将检出的线虫进行形态鉴定,对线虫残段运用多重PCR方法进行分子鉴定。结果表明:有7个鱼种共159份海产品中感染有异尖线虫,感染率为43.56%;其中检出异尖属线虫Ⅰ型幼虫共373条,残段54个;伪地新属线虫幼虫共1条,残段1条。说明进口海鱼鱼肉内异尖属线虫Ⅰ型幼虫感染情况较为严重,提示企业应慎重选择进口海鱼原料,且生产时要加大对异尖线虫的检测力度。
In order to study the infection status of Ischemic Nematodes in imported raw fish from Qingdao seafood processing enterprises, 365 fish fillets of 8 species were randomly selected from 3 seafood processing enterprises in Qingdao, and pepsin Complete digestion, the detection of nematode morphological identification of nematode stump using multiplex PCR method for molecular identification. The results showed that 159 out of 7 fish species were infected with ANA and the infection rate was 43.56%. There were 373 type I larvae of Anemone nematodes, A total of 1 larvae, stub 1. It indicates that the infection of Ischnodiscus nematode type I larvae in imported fish is more serious, suggesting that enterprises should be careful to choose the raw materials for imported marine fish, and the production of Isophane should be increased.
