目的探讨全程心理干预在白内障手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法抽选白内障手术患者142例随机分为两组,对照组(71例)患者给予围手术期常规护理,观察组(71例)则在上述护理措施基础上给予全程心理干预,对比两组患者住院时间及护理满意度评分差异。结果观察组患者住院时间(8.2±1.4)d、护理满意度评分(92.2±5.5)分,与对照组患者相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论白内障手术患者应用全程心理干预能有效提升患者护理满意度,缩短患者住院时间,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of full psychological intervention in the nursing of cataract patients. Methods 142 patients with cataract surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (71 cases) received routine perioperative nursing. The observation group (71 cases) received full psychological intervention on the basis of the above nursing measures. Compared with the two groups Hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction score difference. Results The length of hospital stay (8.2 ± 1.4) days and nursing satisfaction score (92.2 ± 5.5) in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of full-time psychological intervention in patients with cataract surgery can effectively improve patient satisfaction and shorten hospital stay, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
