2012年7月26日上午,“首都圈(京津冀地区)防震减灾系列科普示范活动启动仪式暨‘7·28’唐山地震纪念”在河北廊坊隆重举行。启动仪式由河北省地震局副王钟山局长主持,中国地震局原副局长、中国老科协地震分会会长汤泉、中国老科协副秘书长彭希和廊坊市人民政府副秘书长杨洪涛出席并讲话。
On the morning of July 26, 2012, the launching ceremony of “Science and Technology for Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Series in the Capital Region (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region) and the Memorial Ceremony of Tangshan Earthquake on July 28” was held ceremoniously in Langfang, Hebei Province. The ceremony was presided over by Vice Director Wang Zhongshan of the Seismological Bureau of Hebei Province. Tang Quan, former deputy director of China Seismological Bureau, president of China Association of Science and Technology Earthquake Branch, Peng Xi, deputy secretary general of China Association of Science and Technology, and Yang Hongtao, deputy secretary general of Langfang Municipal People’s Government attended and addressed the speech .
