目的观察理气汤联合针灸对胃肠蠕动功能的影响。方法卵巢癌手术后患者80例随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组仅接受常规治疗;观察组同时加用理气汤联合针灸,观察两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组肠功能恢复时间、首次排气时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气汤联合针灸可以促进卵巢癌手术后胃肠蠕动功能的恢复,且方法安全可靠,简单易行,经济实用。
Objective To observe the effects of Liqi Decoction combined with acupuncture on gastrointestinal peristalsis. Methods Eighty patients with postoperative ovarian cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received only routine treatment; observation group also added Li Qi Decoction combined with acupuncture, observe the recovery of gastrointestinal function after two groups of patients. Results The recovery time of intestinal function and the time of the first evacuation in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Liqi Decoction and acupuncture can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis after ovarian cancer operation, and the method is safe, reliable, simple, economical and practical.
