全国水利工作会议于10月6日～10日在广东召开。水利部钮茂生部长,张春园、严克强、何璟及广东省委常委、副省长张高丽等出席了会议。 这次全国水利会议在粤召开,是40多年来第一次走出京门。目的是通过“看广东、听广东、学广东”以推广广东经验,讨论和修改《九十年代中国水利改革发展纲要》,探索社会主义市场经济条件如何发展水利基础产业的新路子。
The National Water Conservancy Work Conference was held in Guangdong from October 6th to October 10th. The Minister of Water Resources, Niu Maosheng, Zhang Chunyuan, Yan Keqiang, He Jun, and Zhang Guli, member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor attended the meeting. The National Water Conservancy Conference was held in Guangdong and it was the first time in over 40 years that it had left Beijing. The purpose is to promote the experience of Guangdong by “seeing Guangdong, listening to Guangdong, and learning from Guangdong”, discussing and revising the “Outline of China’s Water Reform and Development in the 1990s”, and exploring new ways for the development of the water conservancy industry based on the socialist market economic conditions.
