钢筋应力计是桩身内力测量的主要工具和手段,桩身内力测量是桩基试验的重要内容,但在实际工程中,由于各种复杂因素导致测量结果往往并不理想,列举了可能产生误差的因素,并通过消除引入物理常量、估测孔径和正确精心设置应力计位置等,对试验结果的误差进行分析和适当修正,最终得出客观的较为准确的桩身内力图。
Steel stress gauge is the main tool and measure of internal force of pile body. The internal force measurement of pile body is an important content of pile foundation test. However, in actual projects, measurement results are often not ideal due to various complicated factors, and the possible errors are listed. The factors, and by eliminating the introduction of physical constants, estimating the aperture and properly setting the position of the strain gauge, the error of the test results is analyzed and properly corrected, and an objective and relatively accurate internal force diagram of the pile body is finally obtained.
