苏南地区早春多雨,造成低洼圩田地区大麦湿害,影响高产。实践证明,在农田内埋设暗管进行排水是防御湿害的有效方法之一。 暗管就是将特定的管子(如:瓦管或灰土管,规格一般长24.5厘米,高、宽各为13厘米,中间有8厘米圆洞)埋在农田耕地下面1.2米处作为排水暗沟。 埋设暗管后,对大麦根系活力的影响,尚缺乏资料。本试验的目的就是应用同位素示踪测根的方法作为手段来探讨农田埋设暗管后,在大麦水分敏感期(孕穗期和灌浆期)土壤水分对根系活力的影响。试验工作在1976年冬到1978年春进行,现将有关资料整理如下:
Rainy early spring in southern Jiangsu, resulting in low-lying polder area barley wet injury, affecting high yield.
